In todays market there are many choices to choose from. Trying to find the best person for you and your company can be a daunting task. When Hiring a pilot consider the following:
Do they have the experience and time qualification to be a safe pilot?
I have over 4000 hours and have been a professional pilot for the past ten years.
Are they current? How much time have they flown in the past six to twelve months?
I've logged over 600 hours in the past twelve months and 250 in the past six. All single pilot. I've successfully completed recurrent training at Simu-Flight, in December of 2009, on the Citation CJ3.
Have they ever failed a check ride, or had a violation on there record? Have they ever had a DUI or Felony?
I've never failed a check ride. Never had a DUI. In fact I do not drink.
Have they ever been fired? If so, why? Can they get good references from past employers?
I've never been fired. All my past employers will give a good reference.
Are they in good health? Have they ever had any health issues?
I'm in excellent health at age 31, and have never had any health problems or failed an FAA medical. I currently hold a valid 2nd class medical.
Do they have a reputation of working well with others?
I never meet a stranger and make every effort to get along with, and support my coworkers.
I've held two chief pilot positions. I can handle every aspect of purchasing, managing, and selling your aircraft. I can save you thousands of dollars a year on fuel, taxes, insurance, and maintenance.
I'm more than willing to pitch in where needed and be a team player. I'm a family man who plays by the book. I have not, and will not, ever compromise my passengers safety. I'm willing to relocate anywhere. I am available for immediate employment.
